In view of this, the author in the careful analysis of Chinas current situation of legal protection of privacy and the reasonable basis of the useful experience of foreign countries, try to improve the legal protection of privacy of our citizens on how to strengthen and from the legislative and judicial, law-abiding citizens view put forward own proposals and views.
