Methods Two hundred and eighteen patients undergoing femoral artery intervention were randomly divided into manual compression group (106 cases) and Air Sac compression group (112 cases), The complication of femoral artery intervention, the braking time of the lesion limbs and general side effects were observed. Results The incidence of complication and the general side effects in the Air Sac compression group was significant lower than that of in the manual compression group(P 0.05), the braking time after the puncture in the Air Sac compression group was significant shorter than that of in the manual compression group(P0.05). Conclusion After Femoral artery intervention, the method of hemostasis by femoral artery air sac compression is effective, which can decline the incidence of complication and shorten the time of braking. 【Keywords】emoral artery intervention, Femoral artery air sac compressor, Compression hemostasis 随着医疗技术的不断发展，经股动脉或是桡动脉进行经冠状动脉造影检查或介入治疗越来越普及。由于经桡动脉诊治时桡动脉容易发生痉挛，或是头臂干血管迂曲使导管不易到位，仍有不少患者需要经股动脉穿途径完成诊治。血管穿刺后止血是经股动脉径路突出的问题，常用的手法压迫止血费时费力，压迫力度不易控制，出血、血肿、栓塞及腰酸背痛等并发症仍然常见，有时甚至危及患者的生命。血管闭合器(Vascular closure devices, VCD)缝合法止血迅速，但明显增加患者费用，临床难以普及。我们自行设计的股动脉压迫气囊（专利号：ZL 2009 2 0281239.5），是一种新型的股动脉压迫止血装置，价格低廉，为探讨股动脉压迫气囊的安全性及止血效果，我们与单纯手工压迫止血方法进行了对比观察，现介绍如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 观察对象为2010年1月至2013年5月，在我科经股动脉介入的病人218例，排除穿刺时透壁损伤或多次试穿失败者。其中，冠脉造影（coronary angiography，CAG）116例，冠脉介入（percataneous coronary artery intervention ，PCI） 102例，男110例，女108例，年龄52.7±4.3岁。CAG者术中给与肝素3000U抗凝，术后即刻拔除鞘管；PC
