he Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation (HKCAA) was re-organised Tas the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) upon the enactment of the HKCAAVQ Ordinance (Chapter 1150) on 1 October 2007 and a new Council membership was approved with effect from the same date.
