提 要 薛己《内科摘要》为薛氏临床治疗内科杂症的经验实录，突出反映了薛氏治疗内 科杂病的特点。现从病因、病机、诊断、治法、方药等方面入手进行系统分析研究， 探讨薛氏的学术思想和治疗内科疾病的临证特色。 本研究应用文献学方法对《内科摘要》医案进行理、法、方、药的分析整理，结 合数据挖掘的方法归纳薛氏的学术思想和临证特色。 通过研究，得出以下结果：全书医案共计 246 例，具有突出诊疗思路、明确病因 病机、记录真实可靠的优点以及规范性差、缺少药量、少见舌象的不足；薛氏诊病， 四诊重视脉诊，辨证以脏腑辨证为主；病机主要责之脾胃亏虚、肾虚、脾肾两虚；处 方多以补中益气汤补益脾胃和人体元气，以六味地黄丸、八味丸补益肾阴肾阳，以补 中益气汤合六味地黄丸、八味丸脾肾双补。本文为对《内科摘要》医案的系统研究， 挖掘了薛氏治疗内科杂病的临证特色，可以给现代内科疾病的诊治提供有价值的参考 和借鉴。 关键词:《内科摘要》；医案；临证特色 Research on Medical Records in Nei Ke Zhai Yao by Xue Ji Speciality: Medical History and Literature of TCM Author:Liu Fei Tutor:prof.Liu Guirong Abstract Nei Ke Zhai Yao (Summaries of The Internal Medicine) written by Xue Ji is a veritable experience summary of clinical treatment for the internal illness which distinctly reflects Xue’s characteristics of treating miscellaneous diseases. The author of thesis analyzes this Chinese medicine work from the following aspectsetiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, therapy, prescriptions and discusses Xue’s academic thoughts and clinical features of treating internal diseases. In this study, the systematic analysis of medical science principles, treatment methods, prescriptions and drugs is carried out by the method of traditional documentation science. And combined with data mining technology the author sums up Xue Ji’s academic thoughts and clinical features. Through this research, the author got the following result: a total of 246 medical records are included in this book. All the medical records have the advantages of prominent clinical thinking, clear etiology and pathogenesis and reliable records. But they also have the disadvantages of poor standardization, less tongue inspection and lack of drug dose.
