提 要 目的:研究葛根二藤汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效并探讨组成药物的药理作 用。 方法:对2010年3月到 2011年1月门诊及病房收治的51例椎动脉型颈椎病病例 给予葛根二藤汤口服并进行总体疗效评价，并引入彩色多普勒(CDFI)作为疗效评价标 准，对患者服药前后组间组内各项客观指标及临床症状评分进行统计学分析。 结果:治疗两疗程后,痊愈 26 例，显效 17 例，有效 5 例，无效 3 例;临床症状及 CDFI各项指标较治疗前均有明显改善（P0.05），差异有统计学意义。 结论:1 葛根二藤汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病两疗程后临床症状改善明显。2 经治疗 后CDFI各项指标改变明显。 关键词 椎动脉型颈椎病；葛根二藤汤；CDFI ；药理作用 A clinical and pharmacology study of Ge gen er teng soup in the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy Speciality：Orthopedics of TCM Author ：Chen yungang Tutor：Prof. Hao yanke Abstract Objectives: Study Ge gen er teng soup’s clinical curative effects in the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy and discuss the pharmacological action of its composed drugs. Methods: give the 51 vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy cases received from clinic and hospital from March 2010 to January 2011 Ge gen er teng soup and then make an evaluation of the overall esponse. By introducing color doppler (CDFI) as response criteria, make a statistical analysis of the objective index and clinical symptom score that collected from the patients taking between groups and within each group after taken the soup. Results: after two treatmental crouses, 26 cases completely remitted, 17 cases were significantly effective, 5 cases were effectual and 3 cases were unfruitful; Clinical symptoms and CDFI each index show apparent improvement (P 0.05), and the differences have statistical significance . Conclusion 1 Ater two treatmental crouses of Ge gen er teng soup in the treatment of vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy, the clinical symptoms were significantly improved. 2 Each index of CAFI was also significantly improved after the treatments
