Conclusion il-1 inhibitory effect on the differentiation, proliferation and collagen synthesis of MCC cells may be one of the important pathogenesis of osteoarthropathy. Dexamethasone has certain promoting role of cell proliferation, but given the collagen synthesis of cartilage cells and collagen type Ⅱ inhibition of gene expression, improper prompt clinical application may induce or aggravate osteoarthrosis and cartilage damage.
