Methods: Three TSK gel G2000 SWXL (7.8 mm × 30 cm, Tosoh) columns in series was equilibrated with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile/water/ trifluoroacetic acid (10:90:0.1, v/v/v) at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/ min, detection was performed at 220nm, and the column temperature was set as 30 . Results: The relationship curve (lgMr=-0.126t+7.228) between the logarithm of molecular weight and retention time was obtained in the molecular weight range of 149Da to 13700Da. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method were less than 5.97%. Conclusion: The method has advantages of simplicity, preciseness, accuracy and easiness.
