基于第三方物流的农产品物流体系研究陶学宗（沈阳农业大学 沈阳 110161） 摘要：第三方物流的出现标志着物流业已从传统的生产、流通、消费领域中分离出来，进一步推动了物流服务的社会化、专业化、标准化。农产品物流由专业的第三方物流服务提供商采用委托代理的形式，运用先进的农产品物流营销管理理念和手段，专业的农产品物流技术、设施和装备，通过专业设计的物流通道进行农产品物流业务的运作，提高农产品的品质和附加值，保证农产品顺畅流通，有效降低物流成本、产生规模效益有利于促进农产品物流业发展，对增加农民收入、推动农业发展、加快社会主义新农村建设有重要意义。 关键词：第三方物流，物流体系，委托代理Study of Agricultural Products Logistics System Based on the Third-Party LogisticsTAO Xuezong LIU Dejun YANG Dexu（Shenyang Agricultural University Shenyang 110161） Abstract: The emergence of third-party logistics indicates that logistics industry has separated from the fields of traditional production, circulation and consumption, which further promotes the socialization, specialization and standardization of logistics service. Based on the analysis of agricultural products logistics characteristic, existing problems and third-party logistics advantages, the framework of agricultural products logistics system based on third-party logistics is proposed in the paper. Then the concept of integrated agricultural products logistics service is emphasized, and it is thought that the professional third-party logistics service providers carry agricultural logistics operations into execution through professional-designed logistics channel by adopting the form of principal-agent, applying the advanced concepts and tools of agricultural logistics marketing and management, professional agricultural logistics technology, facilities and equipment, which would improve the quality and added-value of agricultural products, ensure them flow smoothly, reduce the logistics costs and generate the economies of scale efficiently. The implementation of agricultural logistics system based on third-party logistics is helpful to promote the development of agricultural products logistics industry; and it is of great significance to increase the income of farmers, to drive the development of agricultural and to speed up the building of a new socialist countryside.
