一种基于电子鼻的中药材鉴别新方法研究 刘红秀1 骆德汉2 姬生国德国A公司制造便携式电子鼻PEN3样品点分布高度集中不同种类的中药点分布PCA分析图中每类样品主要呈带状分布、集中度不高PEN3及LDA分析方法能够很好地鉴别不同品种的中药材,具有一定的实际意义和应用价值。 关键词:电子鼻;主成分分析;线性判别分析;中药材 Study of a new method for identification to Chinese Herbal medicine based on Electronic nose LIU Hong_xiu1, LUO De_han2, JI Sheng_guo3, LI Wei_dong4 (1 College of Medical Information Engineering of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, 2 Department of Information Engineering, Guangdong University of Technology, 3 School of Chinese Material Medical of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University,4 School of Basic Courses of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University, Guangzhou, Guangdong,510006) Abstract:Objective The Objective in this study is to differentiate varieties of Chinese Herbal medicine Based on Bionic Olfaction (an electronic nose PEN 3) from Airsense Company in Germany, which can exploit information on behavior aroma of different Chinese Herbal medicine. Methods Principal component analysis (PCA) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) were used in order to investigate nine kinds of different Chinese Herbal medicine such as Rhizoma Atractylodis, bergamot, Lesser Galangal Rhizome, citrus chachiensis hortorum, CostusRoot, PummeloPeel, Chinese Mosla Herb, Paniculate Swallowwort Root, Amomum villosum Lour, and so on. Result The results obtained prove that the electronic nose PEN 3 can discriminate successfully different Chinese Herbal medicine using LDA analysis. The system can classify 100% of the total samples.But, the concentration ratio of those sample distribution map using PCA analysis is lower than using LDA analysis. Some sampling point of Chinese Mosla Herb and Amomum villosum Lour rise up cross-distribution phenomenon in PCA analysis. The results obtained prove that the electronic nose PEN 3 using LDA analysis can discriminate successfully different Chinese Herbal medicine.
