Abstract :This paper aims to re-recognize the significance of five movements and six-qi theory by analyzing a medical record of hematochezia． By exploring the
pathogenesis of hematochezia ，with the consideration of the characteristics of the theory and holistic thinking ，it can be treated by clearing the liver to depurate the
lung and nourishing blood to stop bleeding． “Huaijiao Pills”，“Daige Powder”，“Jiaoai Decoction ”can be applied for the treatment．
