植物遗传资源学报 2009 , 10 ( 1) : 158163 Journal of P lan t Genetic R e source s 澳大利亚植物遗传资源保护与对外交流管理 林丹妮 ,陶 　梅 ,胡小荣 ,周红立 (中国农业科学院作物科学研究所 ,北京　100081) 　　摘要 :澳大利亚拥有开花植物 23 000种 ,名列世界第 5。根据降水量和植被分布 ,全国可划分为集约农业区、农牧区和天 然场区三大农业区域 。澳大利亚已建立完善国家植物遗传资源保护体系 ,其中原生境保护体系以国家保护地为主体 ,面积达 国土面积的 1165% ;异生境保护体系以 166个植物园和 7个基因库为主体 ,保存植物遗传资源 186 万份 。植物遗传资源的 日常管理和对外交流由各州政府负责 ,联邦政府环境 、遗传和艺术部负责全国活动的协调 。 关键词 :澳大利亚 ;植物遗传资源 ;保护 ;对外交流 Plan t Genetic Resources Con serva tion and In terna tiona l Exchange M anagem en t in Austra lia L IN D ann i, TAO M ei, HU X iaorong, ZHOU Hongli ( Ins titu te of C rop S ciences, Ch inese A cadem y of A g ricu ltu ra l S ciences, B eij ing 100081) 　　A b stract:W ith nearly 23 000 native flowering p lan t sp ecie s, Au stralia is con sidered the coun try w ith the fifth greate st b iodiversity on the p lanet. The agricu ltu ral region of Au stralia is divided in to three p arts, wh ich include in ten sive cu ltivation region , grainm eadow region and natu ral m eadow region. A national p lan t genetic con servation system ha s been e stab lished through ou t th is coun try, wh ich include s a national re serve system covering 1165% of the land area for in s itu con servation , 166 d ifferen t typ e s of botany garden s and 7 genebank s for ex s itu con serva tion. The national co llection of p lan t genetic re sou rce s is over 186 000 wh ich include s the active co llection and the ba se co llection. The state governm en ts have the re spon sib ility to m anage the activitie s of con servation and in terna tional exchange, wh ile the D ep artm en t of Environm en t, H eritage and the A rts coordinate s the who le activitie s.
