Surprisingly, in only past few years, all kinds of soft drink stores in order to become the best in Taiwan market, they keep producing new products to consumers. Therefore, this report picks up two soft drink stores, which rapidly become popular in Feng Chia district in the past two years as the cases of comparison. This report is based on the analysis tools, such as SWOT, STP, 7P, ABC, and 5W2H to understand the operating conditions of their stores. Through the field interviews, we understand the store purchase, sales, and inventory status within distribution management. Finding and inquiring the problems that the store facing, and then propose the solution for the current situation. At last, propose the conclusions and recommendations.
