Coal as a basic energy of our country, in the whole energy consumption accounted for 67.7% . At present, in the tendency of international oil prices rising, the demand to coal is increasing continuously. The coal industry except provide energy for the development of the national economy, it also bring about environmental pollution and destruction in the mining and processing. How to seize the opportunity, meet the needs of the market demand , reduce the pollution and destruction to the environment , realize the sustainable development of coal industry, has become the focus of attention. Fuyuan County as a representative of the coal industry of Yunnan Province, is rich in coal resources, own coal mining enterprises nearly 100 large or small, but most of them product pattern are extensive,mine random, product lack deep processing. Not only the high quality coal resources cant be fully utilized, resulting in a waste of resources, also to the environment caused great destruction.
