现代临床护理（Modern Clinical Nursing）2014.13（6） 56 双气囊电子小肠镜检查在不明原因消化道出血患者病因诊断中的护理 李妙芝 ，何剑琴 （深圳市第四人民医院，广东深圳，518033） ［摘要］　目的　了解双气囊电子小肠镜对于不明原因消化道出血病因诊断情况及其护理体会。方法　对 86 例不明原因 消化道出血患者实施双气囊电子小肠镜检查，术前做好物品和肠道准备；术中娴熟配合；术后严密病情观察。结果　本组 86 例患者均成功完成小肠镜检查，无发生穿孔、出血等严重并发症。阳性检出率 83.7 %。结论　双气囊电子小肠镜对于不明原 因消化道出血具有较高病因诊断准确率。评估患者病情，做好术前和肠道准备，医护娴熟的配合，严密病情观察对双气囊电子 小肠镜检查成功具有重要意义。 ［关键词］ 　消化道出血；小肠镜；护理 ［中图分类号］　R473.9　［文献标识码 ］　B　［文章编号 ］　 1671-8283（2014）06-0056-03　［DOI ］　 10.3969/j.issn.1671-8283.2014.06.16 Etiological diagnosis and nursing strategies of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding using double-balloon enteroscopy Li Miaozhi，He Jianqin //Modern Clinical Nursing，-2014，13（06）：56． ［Abstract］　Objective　To explore the etiological diagnosis of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding in patients undergoing double- balloon enteroscopy and summarize the nursing strategies．Methods　Eighty-six patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding underwent double-balloon enteroscopy. Before operation，preparations of surgical stuff and bowel were conducted，during the operation，surgical cooperation was carefully performed and after the surgery and the patients were closely observed for prevention of complications．Results　All the patients lived through the enteroscopy without any complications of perforation and bleeding. The positive detection rate was 83.7%．Conclusion　Double-balloon enteroscopy is of great accuracy etiologically for the diagnosis of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.
