摘要 本说明书主要是为了介绍采煤机各个部件、整体的设计计算。设计的采煤机为MG650/1630-WD型采煤机。该采煤机机身适中，装机功率大，适用于中厚、缓斜煤层，且采用多电动机驱动，所有电机横向布置，机械传动兼为直齿圆柱齿轮传动，传动效率高，易于安装与维护、维修。 MG650/1630-WD型采煤机主要由一个减速箱和四级齿轮传动组成，截割部电机放在摇臂箱内，横向布置，动力通过直齿圆柱齿轮与行星轮系传出，最后驱动滚筒旋转，从而进行切割。行星轮系采用四行星结构，减小了传动比与结构，采用大角度弯摇臂设计，增大了过煤空间，提高了装煤效率。 在设计过程中，对截割部和行走部的齿轮、轴、键等进行了设计计算、强度计算与校核。此外，还对该采煤机进行了经济分析与技术分析，以便在最佳性能条件下，实现最优化。 关键词：采煤机；截割部；行走部；行星轮系；设计 ABSTRACT This manual is aimed to introduce the coal mining machine parts, the overall design calculation.Design of coal winning machine for MG650/1630 - WD type coal winning machine.The coal mining machine body is moderate, installed power is big, applicable , slowly inclined coal seam, and adopts multiple motor drive, all motor horizontal layout, mechanical transmission and for spur gear transmission, high transmission efficiency, easy to install and maintenance, maintenance. MG650/1630 - WD type coal winning machine is mainly composed of a reducer and four gear transmission, cutting on the rocker in the department of motor, horizontal layout, power planetary gear train with spur gears, the final drive roller rotation, thus cutting. Planetary gear train structure of four planets, reduced the transmission ratio and structure, adopts the design of large Angle curved rocker arm, increases the coal space, improve the efficiency of coal. In the design process, the cutting and walking gear, shaft, the key of the design and calculation, strength calculation and checking. In addition, the coal winning machine is the economic analysis and technical analysis, so that under the condition of the best performance, to realize optimization.
