注射用黄芪多糖联合三维适形放疗治疗老年肺癌临床观察 摘　要: 目的　评估注射用黄芪多糖加三维适形放射治疗 (3D - CRT) 对老年非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法　将80 例确诊的Ⅰ～Ⅳ期老年非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为中药联合3D - CRT 治疗(治疗组，40 例) 和单纯放疗治疗(对照组，40 例)，放疗采用三维适形放射治疗，中药选用注射用黄芪多糖，比较两组的效果。结果　治疗组有效率87. 5 %，对照组有效率72. 5 %( P 0. 05) 。治疗组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组( P 0. 05) 。外周血白细胞计数、T 淋巴细胞亚群指标上均优于对照组( P 0. 05)。结论　注射用黄芪多糖联合3D -CRT 可以降低3D –CRT的放射副反应，提高老年非小细胞肺癌患者的生活质量。 关键词 非小细胞肺癌 三维适形放射治疗 注射用黄芪多糖 中西医结合疗法 An Evaluation of the Efficacy of Astragalus Polysaccharides in Combination with Three – dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy for Elderly Patients with Non - small - cell - lung Carcinoma QIN Haiyan,NIU Daoli,JIANG Changbin,WAN Minghui,ZHEN Junjie,ZHOU Qiongfang,YANG Bo Author: QIN Haiyan, E- mail: qhywyx@126.com Department of Therapeutic Radiology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, Guang Zhou 510230,China. Abstract : 　Objective 　To study the therapeutic efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine astragalus polysaccharides(Co- ASP) in combination with three - dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D - CRT) for elderly patients with non - small - cell – lung carcinoma (NSCLC) . 　Methods 　80 elderly patients with I~IV stage NSCLC were randomizedly divided into two groups : the therapeutic group, 40 patients received 3D - CRT in combination with astragalus polysaccharides ; the control group ,40 cases were given 3D - CRT alone.
