黑河农业银行服务“三农”的问题研究 [摘 要] 党中央、国务院高度重视“三农”问题,提出把解决“三农”问题作为全党和政府全部工作的重中之重。服务“三农”，是黑河农业银行一项长期、艰巨的历史任务。黑河农业银行服务“三农”符合国家宏观政策，符合黑河地域经济特点，符合黑河农业银行的业务经营实际，存在着客观必然性。为更好服务三农，现就黑河农业银行现状分析、存在的问题、总体思路和发展目标进行概括总结，以找到切实可行的解决方案。黑河农业银行通过采取“为农民工提供银行卡服务、提供网上银行服务、提供信贷服务”等项措施与政策支持，切实做好服务“三农”工作。“三农”问题关系到国家的长治久安。做好服务“三农”工作，必须切实把握思想观念、管理体制、运行机制、经营策略、服务产品、队伍建设以及风险管控等几个重大问题。只有这样，才能确保服务“三农”工作服务到位、风险可控和发展持续。 [关键词] 农业银行 服务 问题 Research on the Problems of Heihe Agricultural Bank of the “Three Rural”Service [Abstract] The Party Central Committee, the State Council attached great importance to the three rural issues, put forward to solve the three rural issues as a priority among priorities in all the work of the party and the government.
