The results show that the w ear volum e of the refractory pro ucts uring elastic e form ation has a little change w ith tem perature rising, but in the plastic eform ation range it rops sharp ly. The refractory pro uctsw ith a h igh har ness m ineral as the m ain crystal phase have a better abrasion resistance. S intering egree has am ore obvious effect on the abrasion resistance. For the refractory pro uctsw ith the sam em ain m ineral phase, the enser the sintering egree, the better the abra sion resistance is. W hen a low m elting point liqui phase form s in the refractory pro ucts at elevate tem peratures, thew ear volume e creases, an the liqu i phase has am ore effect on the abrasion resistance than the har ness of them ineral phase. Thew ear volum e has a close relationw ith hot mo u lus of rupture ( HMOR). The h igher the HMOR, the sm aller the w ear volum e is uring elastic eform a tion.
