Starting from the research of CAN20B bu s sp ecification , the hardware ba se abou t CAN bu s sp ecification is introduced and CAN bu s m e ssage form at is analyzed. Through the distribution of p acket identifier, the commun ica tion p rotocol for the system is de signed and the software design p rocess is given. The arb itration p rob lem in commun i cation p roce ss about intelligent bu ilding mon itoring system is well solved.
