摘 摘 要要 摘摘 要要 企业资源整合和最优配置不仅是企业经营管理的核心职能，而且也是企业战 略调整的手段，同时也是衡量企业并购成功的关键因素。如何对一个企业资源最 优配置衡量及高层管理者对资源整合的支持同时促使全员参与，并且采用有效的 工具和方法是资源整合成功的关键。精益六西格玛管理是对企业资源最优配置的 有效工具，它是精益生产和六西格玛管理两者的融合，其核心就是消除浪费，降 低变异，实现突破性的改善。 本文从资源整合的角度出发，首先，对 X 公司的现状背景以及对生产制造 测试系统整合的必要性进行了介绍分析；其次，介绍了精益生产和六西格玛管理 的理论基础；再次，分别从台式机、笔记本、图形工作站和服务器四大产品系列 详细介绍了公司现行生产制造测试流程系统的发展和现状，同时分析了从测试平 台、测试环境和测试流程控制系统三个方面进行整合的方向和目标，并且通过精 益六西格玛管理管理方法在实际生产测试流程整合项目中进行了有效 的 DMAICS 实施；最后对 X 公司在这次整合中的不足和存在问题提出了建议和相 关的改善计划。 关键词关键词：：精益六西格玛，生产测试流程，生产测试流程整合，DMAICS 实施 关键词关键词：： ABSTRACT Resource integration and optimal allocation are not only the core functions of business management and corporate strategy adjustment means, but also to measure the critical success factors of mergers and acquisitions. How to measure the resource optimal allocation of an enterprise and promote managers fully support and urge all level employees participation and use of effective tools and methods is critical to the success of the resources integration. Lean Six Sigma management is an effective tool for the optimal configuration of the enterprise resource; it is a business improvement methodology which combines tools from both Lean and Six Sigma. Its core is to eliminate waste, reduce variability and achieve breakthrough improvement.
