三维CT重建股骨头坏死体积、分布、形状测定及塌陷预测探究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨三维CT重建股骨头坏死模型，测定坏死病灶的体积、分布、形状，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法 方便选取2013年6月―2015年6月该院收治的53例（87?y）行MRI检查确诊为ARCOⅡ期股骨头坏死患者，所有患者双髋均行三维CT扫描，获得髋关节三维CT图像数据。并采用股骨头坏死测量软件提取股骨头坏死区域，读取股骨头坏死体积、分布，同时提取股骨头坏死的立体形状。 结果 三维CT重建股骨头坏死模型可见股骨头坏死区域多位于股骨头的外上方，测得整个股骨头的体积为（50 260.3±5 622.5）m3，与实际测量结果差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；计算机测量塌陷的54髋中股骨头坏死病灶占整个股骨头的体积为42.17%，无塌陷的33髋中股骨头坏死病灶占整个股骨头的体积为21.58%。 结论 三维CT重建股骨头坏死模型，能够清晰、直观的测量病灶的体积、形状、分布，为临床治疗方案的选择提供可靠参考依据 [关键词] 三维CT；股骨头坏死；体积；塌陷预测 [中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0193-03 Measurement of Volume， Distribution ， Shape Collapse Prediction of Femoral Head Necrosis by 3D - CT Reconstruction LU Jian The Fourth People ‘s Hospital of Radiology， Jiangsu Province， Rugao City， Rugao， Jiangsu Province， 226511 China [Abstract] Objective To study the reconstruction of femoral head necrosis with three-dimensional CT， and to determine the volume， distribution and shape of necrotic lesion， so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.
