浅谈国际贸易欺诈及其防范措施 摘 要 国际贸易欺诈是在国际经济贸易全球化的背景下产生的。由于科技的进步及国际贸易欺诈的利益巨大，所以国际贸易欺诈行为呈现出欺诈手段多样化、欺诈主体涉黑化、欺诈手段逼真化。从而给各国的诚信商人造成了严重的危害。基于此，各国商人和政府也对欺诈行为采取了各种手段。而这些手段的成文化既是国际条约和国际惯例。但任何法律都是最后的救济手段，如何防范国际贸易欺诈才是保障交易安全的重点。尤其是我国商人。我国商人在国际贸易中成为当事人的时间尚短，对国际贸易中的一些欺诈手段和贸易中的有关条款未予以足够的重视，结果成为了国际贸易中屡受欺诈的受害者。对此，我们要予以足够的重视，尽量避免不必要的损失。本文浅显的介绍一下在国际贸易中常常出现的一些欺诈手段，并就这些欺诈手段的产生和成功，谈一下作者的浅见。希望本文能够为我国的国际贸易预防欺诈事业添砖加瓦。 关键词：国际贸易欺诈，提单欺诈，保险欺诈 International trade fraud and the prevention measures Author : Li Xiaofeng Tutor : He　 Zupu Abstract International trade fraud is in the international economic context of the globalization of trade generated.
