The results showed that the root s of three kinds of plant s had a higher capability to accumulate Cu, Cr and Pb than their stems and leaves except Zn. Meanwhile, it w as also found that three kinds of plants all had the highest capabilit y and absorpt ion rate t o accumu lating Zn, w hile the least absorpt ion amount and rate for Pb. Therefore, it was showed that these t hree kinds of plants had the most effective for repairing the soil polluted by Zn and were not a good choice for t he soil contam ina ted by Pb.
