It’s high time for us to start the teaching activities of TCM ward round in English. Bedside teaching can provide the chance for students and teacher, superior and inferior doctors to realize their respective responsibilities together. While the TCM ward round in English has much high requirements professionally. Only qualified with professional basis, can the participants play their respective role in the ward round in English. Whoever is in the team work, he or she must be familiar with the Chinese and English textbook as well as their English expression methods. Otherwise the TCM ward round in English is at most a fun. On the contrary, if the TCM ward round in English can be undergone with the better results, even the professional knowledge and skills can be enhance greatly. In this simulating teaching activity, the students have to work as the clinical instructor to guide the students with the basic clinical theories and manipulation, to indentify the shortcomings concerned with the internship, which is called as “Search for mistakes during internship”.
