In this paper , a novel method is proposed to extend the service range of the access points to multiple MAN ETs , each as a subnet of the Internet . The architecture of such network is proposed and various communication scenarios are exemplified. Besides , some required adjustments of Mobile IP and Ad hoc routing protocol to support such architecture are analyzed , and the system architecture implemented in linux is presented.
