摘 要 摘 要 科学选才与科学训练一直是舞蹈教育中经久不衰的论题，许多舞蹈学者为 此埋下伏笔，但一直没有得到有效的解决与实施。只要有舞蹈教育的存在就必 定要有选才与训练。舞蹈选才是舞蹈训练的基础，舞蹈训练是舞蹈选才的根本 目的。二者相辅相成，缺一不可。只有通过科学的选才并加以科学系统的训练 手段，才能培养出优秀的舞蹈人才。中等专业舞蹈教育质量是把握我国舞蹈事 业蓬勃发展的首要环节。因此，本文中笔者着重关注中专舞蹈教育的现状，通 过对吉林艺术学院的个案调查研究，以以小见大的方式找出国内中等专业舞蹈 学校在办学中存在的共同问题，总结其中从招生到教学再到师资方面存在的种 种弊端和隐患，并提出解决方案。 关键词：舞蹈教育；科学；选才；训练 Ⅰ Abstract Abstract Talents’ scientific selected and trainings are always an enduring topic in dance education. Many dance scholars have been laid the basis on these, but little effective solutions could be put into practice for a long time. As long as dance education exists, talents ’ scientific selected and trainings are absolutely indispensable. Dance trainings are based on dance talents’ selected, and as a fundamental purpose of it. These two are supplements for each other integrally. Only by such scientific selections going with systematic training methods, could excellent dancers be brought out. Secondary professional dance education quality is an important index related to the vigorous development of dance enterprises in our country. Therefore, this thesis’s writer focused on the situations of secondary professional dance education. With the case study and survey of Jilin College of Arts, finding out the common problems existed in the domestic secondary professional dance schools, summarizing on the disadvantages and hidden troubles existed from students recruiting to teaching even to teachers, and put forward the solutions to them.
