Chlorcoccales, which belongs to Clorophyta Chlorophyceae is a large order. Wetlands are important component of the ecology system of the water with very complex environmental characters. There are lots of specical species distributed in the wetland. It is very significant for the taxonomical and ecological research to study the algae in this area. Aer Mountain is located in the southwest of the Great Xing’an Mountain with high latitude, low temperature and high humidity. The swamp distribution is wide but concentrated. Two third of the swamp types of China are present in this area, but algae were rarely reported. We collected algal samples in this area seven times from 2004 to 2011 years. This paper studied the filamentous algae and Chlorcoccales taxonomy and ecology, which provided some basic information for study of algae diversity and flora in Great Xing’an Mountains, algae biodiversity and marsh ecological studies. The main results are as follows ： 1. Totally 605 samples were observed by LM. 244 taxa, including 219 species 25 varieties belong to 4 classes 76 genera were identified. Among them 32 taxa are new records in china. The filamentous algae has 109 taxa, including 106 species 3 varieties belong to 4 classes 37 genera. According to the numbers of species, Tribonema is the most. 21 taxa belongs to Tribonema were identified, which accounts for 19%. Thes next is Oscillatoria, includes 13 taxa, which accounts for 12%.
