学兔兔 煤 炭 工 程 2012年第7期 分层顺采复用巷道的一次支护设计优化 宋 军 (山西省煤炭工业厅基本建设局，山西太原 030006) 摘 要：通过围岩强度测试和结构观测，详细了解岳城煤矿3 煤分层顺采留巷巷道的煤岩 体强度及节理裂隙、软弱夹层的分布情况；数值模拟分析巷道围岩应力分布特征及变形破坏规 律，提出采用高强预应力锚杆锚索支护系统一次支护解决该类巷道的支护难题。动压巷道一次支 护技术的成功应用，不仅减少了巷道返修量，节约了支护成本；而且提高了巷道支护效果，缓解 了煤矿采掘接续紧张的局面。 关键词：复用巷道；一次支护；高强锚杆锚索；高预应力 中图分类号：TD263 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1671—0959(2012)07-0036-03 Optimization on Design of Primary Support for Gateway Remained for Slicing Mining SONG Jun (Capital Construction Bureau，Shanxi Coal Industrial Administration Department，Taiyuan 030006，China) Abstract：With the measurement of the surrounding rock strength and the structure observation，the coal and rock strength，joint fracture and distribution condition of the partin~of the gateway remained for No．3 seam slicing mining in YUecheng Mine were mastered in detail．The numerical simulation was applied to analyze the stress distribution features and deformation failure law of the gateway surrounding rock．A primary support of the high strength and pre—stress bolt and anchor support system was provided to the solve the support difficulty of the gateway．The successful application of the primary support technology to the dynamic gateway would not only reduce the repair engineering of the gateway，but would save the support cost．The support effect of the gateway was improved and the tension between the mining and excavation of the mine could be released． Keywords：reused gateway；primary support；high strength bolt and anchor；hi pre—stressed 晋城煤业集
