学兔兔 煤 炭 工 程 2010年第1O期 SQ一80／75 B型无极绳绞车在 复杂地质条件下的实践 余本胜 ，王志鹏 ，马建宏 (1．河南理工大学，河南焦作 454003；2．平顶山煤业集团十三矿，河南平顶山 467100) 摘 要：在复杂地质条件下为保证采煤工作面风巷辅助运输系统的安全稳定性，根据平煤集 团十三矿的实际地质条件，采用sQ一80／75B型无极绳绞车进行辅助运输。通过对该型号绞车工 作原理、使用及维护进行对比分析，并在生产实践中对尾轮、主压绳轮、副压绳轮及有关系统进 行改造，进一步探讨了其在复杂地质条件下相对于调度绞车的优越性，以及在生产实践取得的效 果。实践证明，该型号无极绳绞车投入少、安全性高、易操控、好维护，对于在复杂地质条件下 采煤工作面辅助运输方法有重要的借鉴意义和应用价值。 关键词：无极绳；绞车；风巷；辅助运输系统 中图分类号：TD532 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1671—0959(2010)10-0056-03 Practices on SQ—·80／75 B endless rope winch under complicated geological conditions YU Ben—sheng ，WANG Zhi—peng ，MA Jian—hang (1．Henan Politechnic University，Jiaozuo 454003，China；2 The 13th Mine of Pingaingshan Coal Industry Group，Pingdingshan 467100，China) Abstract：In order to ensure the security and stability of the auxiliary transport system of wind—lane under complicated geological conditions，the type of SQ一80／75B without pole line winch is used in auxiliary transportation in accordance with the actual conditions of the 1 3th Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group．Through Comparison and analysis of the working principle use and maintenance of the winch，and improvement of the tail wheel，main and vice pressure pulley and relational system in practice，further exploration was made that of the superiority to Phase winch in complicated geological conditions，as well as the results in production practice．Practice has proved that this type winch have the benefits of less capital investment，safety and easy to control，good maintenance．Therefore，it is of great value and importance to the meth
