摘要: 随着信息技术和网络技术的发展，以企业价值最大化为目标的价值管理成为21世纪企业管理的主流。本文首先简要概述价值管理的产生及概念，以及对企业财务经营管理目标的影响;其次说明价值管理时代财务管理的目标是企业价值最大化;最后论述企业实现上述财务管理的目标----企业价值最大化的常规途径和超常规途径。 价值管理是指企业紧紧围绕价值的最大化目标，适时地根据环境变化，通过对投资机会的把握，合理配置企业资源，其中包括战略性投资和结构性的战略性调整，采取兼并并收购、资本重组等超常方式，提高组织的灵活性和环境的适应性，以增加社会和民众对企业的收益和增长的预期，最终为投资者创造更多财富的各种方法的总和。 关键词： 价值管理 企业管理 最大化 途径 Summary Coming along with the development of information and internet technology, the value management which is taking the target of the maximal value of corporation has becoming the mainstream of enterprise administration in the 21th century.Firstly,this text summarize the production and conception of enterprise administration,as well as its effects on the aim of enterprise financing management;secondly,showing the target of financing management is the maximal value of corporation in the age of value management;lastly,discussing the above goals of the financing management which enterprise was going to realize─that is the general route and the approach which is go beyond the normal of the maximal value of corporation. Value management is a summation which contains below methods: it menas the maximal target of the value which enterprise is firmly surrounded, according to the changing environment,passing through the understanding of the investment opportunity to configure the resource of corporation reasonablely.It including the strategic investment and structural strategy adjustment,adopting some approachs which are go beyond the normal to annex purchasing、recombine capital and improving the flexibility of organization together with the adaptability of environment to enhance the enterprise profitability and prospective increasing for society and demos,and finally create more fortune for investors.
