More and more enterprises have cometo realizethat participating in the government process can reduce theun- certainty of policies and gain competitive advantage compared to their competitors.Based on this knowledge, corporate political actions increased rapidly since 1970s.Base on Porter s strategic management theory, this paper puts the government into his famous five forces and introduce the corporate political action in thewest.
