放射性公共卫生问题的分类、研究方法和过程的探讨 【摘要】目的 明确放射性公共卫生问题的概念，总结放射性公共卫生问题的研究方法，整理放射性公共卫生问题研究的基本要素及和基本过程。方法 以辐射源引起的公共卫生问题为研究对象，应用明确概念的基本方法——概念的定义、划分、概括、限制，明确辐射流行病学的概念——内涵与外延。应用演绎推理、归纳推理和类比推理的方法和原则，总结放射性公共卫生问题的研究方法、基本要素和研究过程。结果 放射性公共卫生问题是指辐射源在堆积、生产、利用及处理过程中由于其辐射特性造成或可能造成的与公众健康密切相关的一切公共卫生问题；放射性公共卫生问题可从多个角度进行分类；放射性公共卫生问题研究的方法、基本要素和研究过程与其他公共卫生问题研究的方法、基本要素和研究过程雷同。结论 放射性公共卫生问题泛指一切由辐射源引起的与人类健康有关的问题；放射性公共卫生问题可从其来源、作用途径、作用对象等多方面进行分类；可应用一般公共卫生问题研究的方法、基本要素和研究过程来研究放射性公共卫生问题。 【关键词】放射性公共卫生问题；概念；分类；研究方法；研究过程 【abstract】 To clear the concept of radioactive public health problem,to summarize the research method of radioactive public health problem,to clear up the basic elements and basic process of radioactive public health problem.Methods Studying the public health problem caused by radiation resourse, using the basic method of expliciting concept---definition，partition, summarization and restriction,expliciting the concept of radiation epidemiology---connotation and extention.To summarize the research method, basic element and research process of radioactive public health problem with methods and principles of syllogym,inductive inference and analogism.Results Radioactive public health problem is refers to the probilem closely related to public health caused by the radiation sources in accumulation, production, use and process because of its radiation characteristics and (or) chemical toxicity.Radioactive public health problem can be classified from many angles.The research method, basic element and research process of radioactive public health problem are similar to other public health problem’s.Conclusion Radioactive public health problem refers to the probilem closely related to public health caused by the radiation sources;Radioactive public health problem can be classified from the cause , the advantages and disadvantages of health and so on;It is effective to study radioactive public health problem,using the research method
