基于PROFIBUS的分散控制系统Distributed Control System Based on PROFIBUS专业：测控技术与仪器姓名：指导老师：申请学位级别：学士提交日期：2016 年月日学位授予单位：天津科技大学摘要随着中国制造2025规划的提出，对我国的制造业提出了更为全面的要求。因此，在工业产业中，由于分散控制系统具有可靠性好、易于扩展、操作性好、维护方便等特点，其应用十分广泛。本课题将以燃煤锅炉出水温度为案例，通过分析燃煤锅炉工艺过程特性，确定系统检测和控制方案，结合PROFIBUS总线的优势，构建基于PROFIBUS的分散控制系统，用以说明本系统的在工控领域的应用。本课题首先进行燃煤锅炉工艺过程特性的分析，通过研究燃煤锅炉工艺过程，分析影响工艺过程的各项参数，确定检测和控制参数。确定测量和控制方案，并进行仪表选型，构建基于PROFIBUS的分散控制系统。根据系统的控制要求以及锅炉的控制方案，选定PLC的CPU模块和各种功能模块，并进行系统的硬件组态和软件编程。进行PLC控制系统设计。然后设计监控软件的总体结构。并根据总体结构，设计操作站、用户管理、生产报表等功能画面，实现了生产过程数据的实时报表显示和历史报表查询，完成监控软件开发。最后，研究系统抗干扰性的措施。主要内容是针对PLC系统的内外部干扰信号，采取不同的措施，消除或降低干扰信号对PLC控制系统的影响，提高PLC控制系统的安全性和稳定性，保证系统安全正常工作。关键词：分散控制系统；系统抗干扰性；PROFIBUS； PLCABSTRACTWith the 2025 planning of Chinas manufacturing, the manufacturing industry of our country put forward a more comprehensive requirements.
