Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of pancreatic duct stone Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 1990 January to 2012 December, 31 cases of pancreatic duct stones were treated by surgical operation . In 5 cases with fatty diarrhea, steatorrhea disappeared in 2 cases, l were alleviated, 2 cases had no obvious change. There were 6 cases of acute pancreatitis history of attack, 1 cases of postoperative recurrent acute pancreatitis by non operation treatment.
