mol/Lat 8h. The peak levels of GC and C in plasma from TPfed group.were 40.35μ mol/L,17.25μmol/L respectively at 4 h, but EGCG in plasma dispeared between 4 h and 8h. For EGCG group, EGCG decomposed into GCG partly between 0h and 1.5h, and then dispeared between 4 h and 8h. The peak levels of O-Me-GC-O-GlcUA and + EC- GlcUA +H in plasma from TP fed group were 1.13μ mol/L,1.95μ mol/L respectively at 4 h. The maximum concentrations of O-Me-GC-O- GlcUA in plasma presented at 4 h after administrated EGCG. PA level in plasma from GT fed group was max at 4h, and M6 level in plasma from GT fed group reached max value at 8 h. For TPgroup, PA level in plasma reached max value at 4h, and M6 in plasma was not detected between 0h and 1.5h after adimistrated TP. None of lysates in plasma from EGCG fed groupwere determinedover the hour0~8h. 4. The feces samples were analysed by HPLC. GA, EGCG, GCG, ECG in the feces reached the peakexceretion at 4hafter administrated GT andTP.For TPgroup . EGCG and ECG in the feces reached the max value at 4 h after ingestined EGCG. The metabolition inthe feace from GTgroup, O-Me-GC-O-S reached maxmum at4 h, O-Me-C-O-S and O-Me-GC-O- GlcUA disappeared between 1.5 h and 4 h, but EC- + GlcUA +H disappeared between 4 h and 8 h. For TP group,the peak exceretion of O-Me-C-O-S in the feces was at 4h, O-Me-C-O-S in the fece was only determined, reached maxmumat4hafter administeredEGCG during the test. 5. The GT and TP could improve the total protein in plasma at 1.5 h, but TP had better effect. Comparison with the control, the total protein level decreased at 4 hafter administrated GT. The total protein concentration was significantly enchanced at 4 h after ingested TP and EGCG. However, the total protein level significantly decreased between 4 h and 8 h after administrated GT and EGCG when compared with the control. 6.
