Abstract
Tea was a kind of high fluoride plant, and it could absorb large amounts of
fluorinefromsoil airandwater,whichwas2~3ordersofmagnitudehigherthanthe
、
averageplant.Teawasnotonlygro nverywellonthesoiloftherichfluorine,andit
had the strong ability oftolerance to fluorine. Tea also could accumulate fluorine in
thebody inthepoor soilof fluorine.With the water planning experiment, effects of
fluorine(F)stressonantioxidantabilities、membranelipidperoxidationofleavesand
the content of fluorine in tea plant(Longjing 43) were studied. And effects of the
enzyme activity of tea antioxidant system in fluorine(F) stress under
Aluminum-phosphorusaddingwerestudied.
(1) The effect of fluorine stress on absorption、accumulation and antioxidant
specialtiesofteaplant:
The results sho that the chlorophyll content of tea plant was decreased with
fluorine concentration increased. The fluorine content was increased significantly in
the body of tea plant, and the ground part of the fluorine content was much higher
thantheroot. TheBF(bioaccumulation factor)oftheteaplantwhichwas stressedby
fluorinewasquicklyreducedwithfluorineconcentrationincreasing.Thereisnegative
correlationbetweenfluorineconcentrationandBF.TheTF(translocationfactor)ofthe
teaplant was increasedwith fluorineconcentration increasing. Theupward transport
capacity of fluorine in root of tea plant which was stressed by fluorine was
strengthened.
The antioxidant enzymes systems of tea plant were all appear increased then
decreasedby different concentration of fluoride stress.With lo fluoride(≤10mg/L)
stress,SOD CAT PODandAPXactivitieswereallincreasing.Afterhighfluoride
、 、
(≥20mg/L)stress,theenzymeactivitiesofPOD、CATandAPXwerealldeclinedin
thetrend.TheSODactivitieswereallfirstincreasedthenremainedrelativelystable.
