Reverse squeezing with flaw millstones tries to seek after a w ay to solve this problem. In this paper, the dies laying, technology steps, technology characterist ics and economic benefit of this technology are list to t he point . And the tech- nology experiment was carried out to prove the correctness and feasibilit y. Besides, with numerical simulat ion the technology is researched from the three aspects reverse squeezing course, point tracking and load of dies. And the correctness and feasibility of the technology are testified further .
