剖宫产对女性产后性功能与生活质量的影响探讨 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究顺产与剖宫产对妇女产后的生活治疗与性功能的影响。方法：通过横断面研究方法对2012年2月至2014年2月在我院分娩的400例初产妇临床资料实施研究，依据分娩的方式分成对照组与观察组，对照组妇女为剖宫产，观察组妇女为顺产，每组200例，所选取的400例产妇分别在45d、3个月以及半年内的性生活的恢复比重、性交痛出现率和性生活的满意程度和产后生活治疗实施对比分析。结果：妇女产后45d与产后3个月，对照组与观察组在恢复性生活的人数，性交痛的出现率以及性生活满意程度等几个方面的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：产妇产后的3个月时间段内，剖宫产以及顺产能够直接影响产妇的性功能；而产后的半年之后，此两种生产方式对产妇的性功能基本没有影响；和剖宫产的产妇实施对比发现，观察组的生活质量相对对照组更高 【关键词】 剖宫产；性功能；生活质量 Effect of cesarean section onfemale postpartum sexual function and quality of lifeLI Guiying1， LI Guifen2， AN Xiaoqiao3， ZHU Rongfen1. 1.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Jing County Second Peoples Hospital， Hengshui 053511， Hebei， China； 2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Hengshui Halison International Peace Hospital， Hengshui 053000， Hebei， China； 3.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology， Hengshui Second Peoples Hospital， Hengshui 053000， Hebei， China 【Abstract】Objectives： To study the effect of cesarean section on female postpartum sexual function and quality of life. Methods： Cross-sectional study was done on clinical data of 400 cases of unipara， who were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014. According to mode of delivery， they were divided into control group and observation group. Control group was cesarean section group and observation group was natural labor group， with 200 cases in each group. Sex life proportion， sexual pain occurrence rate and sexual satisfaction of selected women 45 days， three-month and six months after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results： The differences in sex life proportion， sexual pain occurrence rate and sexual satisfaction between control group and observation group 45 days and three-month after the treatment were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion： A period of three months postpartum， cesarean section and natural labor can directly affect female sexual function and after six months， the two modes have no difference on effecting womens sexual function.
