Ⅰ度房室传导阻滞 心电图特点： P波正常、每个QRS波群前均有P波且QRS正常。 P-R间期＞0.2S。 节律规则。 心率正常。 二度Ⅰ型（文氏现象） 心电图特点： P波正常、每个QRS波群前均有P波。 P-R间期愈来愈长，直至最后有一个P波无法传导而产生QRS波群 心房节律规则，心室节律不规则。 一般心室率较慢。 二度Ⅱ型（莫氏现象） 心电图特点：P-R间期正常或延长、但固定不变，P波不能下传QRS波脱落，其呈2:1或3:1。 Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞 心电图特点：P_P间距相等，R_R间距相等，但P与QRS无关系。P-R间期会改变，P波频率大于QRS波频率。 房室传导阻滞的监护要点 Ⅰ度及Ⅱ度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞患者一般不需监护 Ⅱ度Ⅱ型或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者要给予心电图及血压监测，注意心率变化，并将阿托品，异丙肾上腺素，临时起搏器，除颤器等在床旁备好。 建立静脉通道，静脉注射阿托品，异丙肾上腺素 患者血流动力学处于不稳定状态，应及时安装临时起搏器。 Speaker抯 Notes: This presentation was prepared by an electrophysiologist for use by Medtronic.
