捐建学校协议书 Agreement of Donation for Construction of Schools 甲方：中国儿童少年基金会 Party A: China Children and Teenagers’ Fund 乙方：美国匹兹堡‘重建学校活动’委员会 Party B: Pittsburgh ‘Rebuild-A-School Campaign’ Committee 为了支援四川省地震灾区校园重建,让孩子们早日回到校园,乙方决定通过 甲方在四川省捐建一所灾后永久“春蕾学校”。 In order to assist in the reconstruction of schools in earthquake-stricken areas in Sichuan province and help the children to return to schools earlier, Party B has decided to donate for the construction of a “Spring Bud School” in Sichuan province through Party A. 甲乙双方经协商决定如下： Hereby Party A and Party B agree as follows: 1. 甲方的权利和义务 Rights and Obligations for Party A: 1.1 甲方接受乙方捐款$103,000.00 美金，帮助乙方落实地点建立一所灾后 永久“春蕾小学” 。建校地点选在四川省地震灾区。 Party A accepts the donation from Party B in the amount of $103.000.00 USD to assist Party B to locate a place to construct one permanent “Spring Bud School”. The place for the school is chosen in Sichuan earthquake-stricken areas. 1.2 学校按捐助者意愿冠名“匹兹堡春蕾小学” 。 At the wish of the donor, the school will be named as “Pittsburgh Spring Bud School”. 1.3 负责为学校建立档案管理，将学校的材料及时（含申请报告、资金使用 情况、图纸，建成的学校照片和工程竣工报告）交给乙方一份存档。最 晚要在收到乙方建校全部捐款约$103,000.00 美金(70 万人民币)后的一 年内向乙方提供学校的材料。 Party A is responsible for the establishment of school archives.
