【摘 要】 在城市发展进程中，我国一些大城市中心城区的人1：7、产业用地等要素向郊区转移，城市发展进入郊区化阶段。
随着产业结构的调整及城市租金的上涨．城市郊区出现以大片办公建筑为主的产业园区。文章以南京软件产业集聚区为例，
分析对比国内外城市郊区化背景下产业园的规划案例．指出在规划设计中应注意的f*-I题并提出建议。

Abstract：In the process of urbanization，the elements such as population、industrial land in the center of
some Chinese cities are transferring to the suburbs，urban development is entering the stage of suburbanization．
With the adjustment of industrial structure and city rent increases，city suburbs appeared many industrial parks
which is given priority to large office buildings．In this article with Nanjing software industry agglomeration
area for example，comparison and analysis planning case of industrial parks that under the background of
urban suburbanization at home and abroad，pointed out the problems in the planning and design which should
be paid attention to and put forward the advice．
