学兔兔 全国中文核心期刊 新 建巍 中国科技核心期刊 石膏对水泥基自流平砂浆 性能影响的研究 霍利强 (北京联合荣大工程材料有限责任公司，北京 101400) 摘要：研究了水泥掺比以及石膏掺量对普通硅酸盐水泥、铝酸盐水泥、石膏体系的水泥基自流平砂浆性能的影响。结果表明，普 硅水泥与高铝水泥质量比为12：18和15：15时，石膏掺量小于4％时起缓凝作用，4％一8％时起促凝作用：普硅水泥与高铝水泥质量比 为18：12时，石膏掺量小于6％时起缓凝作用，8％起促凝作用。不产生破坏性膨胀的前提下，石膏掺量增加，强度提高。普硅水泥与高 铝水泥质量比从l2：l8到18：12时，石膏掺量小于4％时表现为收缩，4％～8％时表现为膨胀。 关键词：自流平砂浆；水泥；石膏：性能：影响 中图分类号：TU56~4．6 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1001—702X(2016)02—0081—04 Study on the effect of gypsum on the performance of cement-based self-leveling mortar HUO Liqiang (Beijing Allied Rongda Engineering Co。Ltd．，Beijing 101400，China) Abstract：In this paper，we study the impact of cement content and gypsum dosage on the performance of part of cement— based self leveling mortar in ordinary Portland cement，aluminate cement，gypsum system，respectively．The results show that when the propo~ion of Portland cement and hi gh alumina cement is 12：18 and 15：15tthe content of gypsum less than 4％ plays a re— tarding effect，and between 4％ and 8％ plays a promoting role．Besides，the proportion of Portland cement and high alumina ce— ment is 18：12，the content of gypsum less than 6％ plays a retarding effect，and the effect of the 8％ is to promote the setting．Un- der the premise of no destructive expansion，the strength increases with the content of gypsum．When the ratio of ordinary Portland cement and high alumina cement changes from 12：18 to 18：12，the dosage of gypsum less than 4％ performances contraction，while 4％-8％ performances inflation． Key words：self leveling mortar，cem
