In addition, we explore rich dependency label feat ures and allow multiple relations for one arc during decoding . In t he CoNLL 2009 international evaluation task of mult ilingual syntactic and semantic dependency parsing, t his method ranks first in the joint task, and t hird in the syntactic parsing task.
