The Influence of Green-trade Barrier on the International Trade and the Countermeasures Abstract The Green-trade Barrier is most frequent non-tariff barrier that used in international trade. Green barrier is a trade barrier with strict environmental demands as its main contents and it plays an important role on china’s trade development. It has been used to protect the domestic economy by more and more countries, which has brought neglect influence on our foreign trade. We should insist on the strategy ‘develop the economy instructed by science ’and attend the policy-making activities of international trade and environment agreement. Based on impersonal analyzing the influence of green barrier, the author puts forward some counter-measures which should be taken against green barrier. Key words: Green barrier, Influence, Foreign Trade, Countermeasures 绿色壁垒对国际贸易的影响及对策 绿色贸易壁垒是当前国际贸易壁垒中使用最为频繁的一种非关税壁垒，它给我国的国际贸易带来了很大的负面影响。所谓绿色贸易壁垒是指一种以保护有限资源、环境和人民健康为名，通过蓄意制定一系列苛求的环保标准，对来自国外的产品或服务加以限制。它属于一种新的非关锐壁垒形式，已越来越成为有些国家国际贸易政策措施的一部分。本文就绿色贸易壁垒的形式以及它对我国的国际贸易影响进行了分析，最后提出了一些针对性对策。 关键词: 绿色壁垒 影响 外贸 对策 Contents 1.
