南开大学滨海学院 本科生毕业论文 Our country vegetable distribution development situation and countermeasure research 学 号： 姓 名： 西贝 年 级： 2009级 专 业： 国经贸物流实验班 系 别： 经济管理系 指导教师： 刘艳霞 完成日期： 2013年4月 我国蔬菜配送的发展状况和对策研究 摘 要 随着物流技术的革新和人民生活品质的改善，以及对蔬菜要求的提高，蔬菜配送越来越得到人们的重视。发展蔬菜配送是适应时代发展的必然要求。我国蔬菜物流成本大，效益低，传统的蔬菜配送模式有其固有的缺陷，我们需要根据时代要求改变这种情况，提高蔬菜配送的效率和效益，创新蔬菜配送模式，使其更好地为人们生活服务。 本文通过对蔬菜物流和蔬菜配送基础知识的介绍，对我国传统的蔬菜配送模式进行了分析，并指出我国蔬菜配送在农村和城市中存在的问题，探讨相应的解决策略。希望促进我国蔬菜配送行业的发展，提高人们的生活品质。 关键词：蔬菜配送；配送模式；第三方物流；冷链运输 Our country vegetable distribution development situation and countermeasure research Abstract With the innovation of logistics technology and the improvement of peoples life, people pay more and more attention to vegetable distribution and the quality of vegetables. So the development of vegetables distribution is necessary to follow the high-rapid modern time. Our traditional vegetable logistics costs lot and has lower efficiency. Because of these inherent defects, we have to change this kind of situation. To provide a better service for peoples life, we should improve the efficiency and effectiveness of vegetables distribution and innovate vegetables distribution mode. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of vegetables logistics and distribution, and then analyses the traditional vegetable distribution mode in our country. Besides, the paper shows our vegetables distribution problems in rural and urban and gives the corresponding solutions. Hope to guide the development of the vegetables delivery industry in our country and improve peoples life.
