123株金黄色葡萄球菌分布及耐药性分析 蒋海燕,祁粉琴，唐国建 (江苏金坛市人民医院检验科,江苏 金坛213200) 【摘要】：目的 了解本院金黄色葡萄球菌的分布情况及对抗菌剂的敏感和耐药情况。方法 采用德灵Walk Away40进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验。结果 123株金黄色葡萄球菌来主要来源于ICU和呼吸科的痰标本。检出耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）79株（64.2%），MRSA耐药性明显高于甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)，差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。对万古霉素、利奈唑胺100%敏感。结论 金黄色葡萄球菌在本院的感染以呼吸系统为主，病人多为长时间住院，有过侵入性治疗，大量使用过抗菌剂，年老免疫力低下的患者。MRSA耐药非常严重，多重耐药十分明显，敏感性较高的是万古霉素、利奈唑胺，辛内吉、氯霉素、复方新诺明。 【关键词】金黄色葡萄球菌； 分布； 耐甲氧西林； 抗菌剂 The Analysis of the Distribution and Drug Resistance of 123 Strains of Staphylococcus Aureus Jiang Hai-yan,Tang Guo-jian,Qi Fen-qin (Department of Clinical Laboratory,the Peoples Hospital of Jintan, Jintan Jiangsu 213200,China) Abstract: Objective To analyze the distribution of staphylococcus aureus among patient cases in the hospital as well as its antibiotic sensitivity and drug resistance, thus providing clinical prevention and treatment guidance in staphylococcus aureus infection. Methods With the analysis of 123 Strains of staphylococcus aureu from various clinical specimens, the Microscan Walk Away 40 was used for bacterial identification and drug-sensitivity test. Results 123 strains of staphylococcus aureus to origin from ICU and Respiratory Department of sputum specimens. 79 strains (64.2%) of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) were detected. The drug resistance rate of MRSA was significantly higher than that of methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA). The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). MRSA was 100% sensitive to Vancomycin and linezolid. Conclusion According to the records of the hospital, staphylococcus aureus infection was mainly found in respiratory system, and patients are mostly those aged immunocompromised ones who have invasive treatment history with large number of antibiotics used and have been in hospital for a long time. Drug resistance of MRSA is very significant, the multiple drug resistance in particular. MRSA has higher sensitivity of vancomycin, linezolid, Synercid, chloramphenicol, SMZ-TMP. Key words
