Abstract: Teachers teaching and educating on behalf of the thesis to fulfill the duties entrusted with cultivating socialist builders and successors of the task and improving the quality of the whole nation’s mission. To this end, teachers should abide by professional ethics of teachers, strengthening morality, and raise the level of education.

Morality refers to the professional ethics of teachers is that teachers engaged in education, teaching and other professional practice, the formation of relatively stable moral values, behavioral norms and moral qualities of the sum of teachers engaged in education, teaching activities, must comply with Code of Ethics and codes of conduct is a certain social behavior of the teaching profession overall moral imperatives.
First, the composition of Morality
Morality is mainly reflected in the following eight areas:
1. Career aspirations
Teachers should establish a correct career aspirations, that is, the teachers should have a strong professional civic pride, sense of historical responsibility and social responsibility to nurture talent, to develop advanced culture and to promote social progress and responsibility, standing on the forefront of the times and strive to become for the people service model should be loyal to the party and the people’s education, and strive to do an outstanding teachers.
2. Professional Responsibility
Professional responsibility of teachers is that teachers must assume the responsibilities and obligations. Teachers should faithfully carry out education and teaching duties, undertake teaching and educating tasks, efforts to train qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause and improve the quality of the entire Chinese nation.
3. Professional Attitude
The attitude of the teaching profession is professional work of teachers of their own views and take actions
