学兔兔 总第49卷 第564期 电测与仪表 Vo1．49 No．564 2012年 第12期 Electrical Measurement Instrumentation Dec．2012 基于R5F2 1 2B8的单相智能电能表的研制 赵玉梅，李众智，魏星，张艺 (哈尔滨电工仪表研究所，哈尔滨 150081) 摘要：针对国家电网公司招标需求及其颁布的单相智能电能表的企业标准和安全认证规范，介绍了一种基于 R5F212B8单片机的单相智能电能表的设计方案。详细阐述了此智能电能表的系统组成，给出了主要硬件电路、 软件程序的流程图及功能的实现方法。该单相智能电表具有安全认证、电力载波通信、阶梯电价等多种功能，所 有通信数据均满足DL／T645—2007通信协议。依据该方案设计的单相智能电能表已投产一万台，主要应用在黑龙 江省佳木斯地区。经过系统测试，该智能电表能可靠工作，符合当前市场的要求。 关键词：单相智能电能表；R5F212B8；安全认证；DL／T645—2007通信协议 中图分类号：TM933 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1001—1390(2012)12—0069—05 Development of Single Phase Smart Meter Based on R5F212B8 ZHAO Yu—mei，LI Zhong-zhi，WEI Xing，ZHANG Yi (Harbin Research Institute of Electrical Instrumentation，Harbin 1 5008 1，China) Abstract：According to the bidding requirements of State Grid Corporation of China and published standards on single phase smart meter as well as the safety certification standards，a design scheme for single phase smart meter based on R5F2 1 2B is introduced．In this paper，the realization method of the smart meter system，the main hardware circuit，flow diagram of software program and function are presented in detail．The single phase smart meter has the function of safety certification，PLC communication，tiered pricing for electricity and other functions． All the communication data conform with the DIJT645—2007 communication protoco1．The single phase smart meter based on this design has been put into operation for ten thousand，which are mainly applied in Jiamusi area． Through system testing，the smart meter is proved to be reliable in working and meets the current market requirements． Key words：single smart meter，R5F2 1 2B8，security certificate，DL／T645—2007 communication protocol 0 引 言
