汽车振动试验技术及相关问题研究 汽车振动试验技术及相关问题研究?中文摘要:在各种工业产品中，汽车是具有范围广泛的各种技术的综合而构成的产品之一。汽车结构复杂，运用广泛，人们对汽车质量要求也越来越高，现代的汽车要求有更高的安全性和操纵稳定性，因此，在汽车的研制、改进过程中，经过计划、设计到试制出产品，仍需要用很多复杂的方法进行汽车试验。汽车试验对于整个汽车制造有着极为重要的作用，汽车试验有很多分类包括室内试验和室外试验。本文着重介绍汽车振动试验的相关技术和设备的问题。对汽车振动类型的分类、振动测量方法、振动所需设备有比较详细的介绍，另外又将汽车试验所需要的基本知识进行概要的介绍，同时还列举了几个具体的汽车试验项目，最后利用DH5920动态信号采集分析系统分析一个具体振动试验问题。关键词：汽车振动试验、技术、设备 ?Automotive Vibration Test Technology and Related Issues?Abstract: Among the various industrial products, cars are one of those manufactured with a combination of wide-range technologies.?? Complex vehicle structure, using a wide range, people are increasingly high automotive quality requirements of modern cars require a higher security and handling stability .Therefore, in the process of automotive research and development and improvement, a lot of complicated methods for vehicle testing are needed from programming, designing to trial. This paper focuses on the issues of technology and equipment related to automotive vibration test. Auto pilot for the entire automobile manufacturing has a very important role in many categories including automotive test laboratory test and outdoor test .It provides a detailed description of the classification of vehicle vibration types, the methods of vibration measurement and the required equipment for vibration. In addition, the basic knowledge for vehicle testing is briefly introduced, and meanwhile several specific vehicle testing projects are presented.
