PAGE II 黑龙江省主题酒店发展策略 摘 要 中国酒店行业的国际化发展的进程始于 20 世纪 70 年代末。进入 20 世纪 90 年代后半期，中国酒店行业的发展进入了大的起伏阶段，总体供过于求，酒店行业经济效益就出现下滑情况。主题酒店开始于美国，1958 年，加州玛利亚客栈开展的 12 间主题客房标志着“主题酒店”的建立。主题酒店在国外的经营发展已很成熟，而我国的主题酒店行业还不成熟，而其中黑龙江省的酒店还存在着酒店主题定位不准确、主题文化构成流于表面、指导思想尚不全面等许多问题。本文主要通过对黑龙江省主题酒店的简要介绍，并结合国际知名主题酒店来分析黑龙江省主题酒店的现状，希望为黑龙江省主题酒店的发展开拓新的思路。 关键词：黑龙江省；主题酒店；研究；发展 ABSTRACT Chinese hotel industry internationalization development began in twentieth Century 70 at the end of the 1990s. The Heilongjiang hotel also has theme hotel positioning is not accurate, the theme of cultural composition of superficial, the guiding ideology is not comprehensive and so many problems. This article mainly through to the theme hotel in Heilongjiang province are briefly introduced, and connecting with the international well-known theme hotel to analysis the present situation of the theme hotel in Heilongjiang province, hope to explore new ideas for development of the theme hotel of Heilongjiang province.
